About Vitae Massage
Our motto is Memento Vivere, Remember to Live, and in order to live we must take care of ourselves.
Whether you are looking for healing, stress relief, or an oasis outside the chaos of everyday, Vitae Massage is here for you.
Wilhelmina Beeler, L.M.T.
Wilhelmina Beeler attended the Colorado Springs School of Massage and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2022I started Vitae Massage after working in franchise spa settings. I wanted to make massage more accesible than the pricing at these large spa chains, and hopefully reach more people to be able to help them. With Vitae Massage, I am able to keep costs down by working out of a studio in my home. I price accordingly and do not expect tips. Swedish and Deep Tissue massages are the same price, and I do not charge for add-ons such as hot stones or cupping therapy. I view these more as tools I can reach for without the client worrying about more cost.
Studio Disclosures
Pets
The Vitae Massage studio is located within my home, which I am lucky enough to share with two long haired cats. They are not allowed within the work room and will never be present in the studio during any session. Clients will need to walk through a portion of the house where my cats may be. Because of this, I do not recommend Vitae Massage for anyone allergic to cats. If you are allergic to cats and are looking for a recommendation for another massage therapist, please feel free to reach out to me and I will help you as best as I can.
Stairs
There is a small flight of stairs that clients will need to take to reach the Vitae Massage work room. If you are looking for a studio without stairs, please reach out to me and I will help you as best I can in finding another LMT, or we can discuss a session where I travel to your home.
Respect Massage
Massage therapists that are members of Respect Massage hold themselves to the highest standards of an ethical, boundary-driven practice. Respect Massage members have a zero-tolerance policy for solicitations of any kind. Jokes, innuendo, and inappropriate requests are taken seriously and will result in the swift termination of the session. When choosing a practice displaying the Respect Massage logo, you can have confidence in the safety and professionalism you will experience as a client.
Late, No-Shows, Cancellations
• If you are late for your session, you will receive hands-on time short of the time you were late.
(ex. If you are 15 minutes late, you will receive 40-45 minute hands-on time).
This still incurs a full session charge.
• If you cancel 24 hours before the session, you will not be charged. If you cancel day of, there is a 50% session charge at the discretion of the provider (i.e. if you have an emergency, if you are sick, if there is a snow storm, etc., you will not incur any charge).
• No-shows will incur a full session charge.
Tips
Tips are never expected at Vitae Massage. As an independent practitioner I am able to set my own rates with a lower overhead than a franchise.
Booking
A phone screening is required for all new clients.
A credit card is needed to book your session.
Tips are never expected.
60 Minute Massage $90
• 60 minute hands-on time.
90 Minute Massage $135
• 90 minute hands-on time.
Add-ons (no cost)
• Hot Stones: Warmed stones are used to dynamically massage the muscles. Hot stones can help ease tense muscles, improve circulation, and simply be relaxing.• Cupping Therapy: AKA Myofascial Decompression. Rather than pressing into soft tissue, silicone cups are used (static or dynamically) to pull the tissue up. This can have the same effect as very, very deep pressure. Can greatly improve circulation and healing time of injured soft tissue. Cupping will often leave circular bruising due to capillaries breaking under the skin.• Face and Neck Gua Sha: Targets tight neck and facial muscles. Can help reduce tension, sinus pressure, inflammation, and ease pain from TMJ.
30 Minute Massage $50
• 30 minute hands-on time
• Life gets busy, and not everyone wants whole body work. This option is for a concentrated therapeutic massage. The entire time will be spent on the area you feel needs full focus for pain relief or tension.
• This is a great option for those with a tight schedule that need help with back pain, shoulder/neck pain, or migraines.
Pediatric Massage
• For ages 17 and under. Parent or Guardian must be present for entire duration of session.
• Stress and anxiety takes a toll no matter the age. I have been lucky enough to help children and their guardians who are carrying an emotional load, who are athletes, and who are musicians in marching band.
• A sliding scale fee from 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and 60 minutes is used for this pediatric massage, as some children and their guardians find after booking a 60 minute session a whole hour turns out to be too much for them.
• Options for Pediatric Massage:
30 minutes/$50
45 minutes/$75
60 minutes/$90
Prenatal/Postpartum Massage $90
• 60 minute hands-on time.
• We offer a prenatal/postpartum massage with a special bolster that allows you to lay face down, or side lying, whichever is more comfortable for you. While working supine you will be supported in a semi-reclined position.
• Prenatal and Postpartum massage offer new and soon-to-be mothers a range of benefits like pain relief, improved circulation, reduced swelling, and stress relief.
Chair Massage
• Whether you would like to host an event for your employees/co-workers, customers, or even for a bridal shower, chair massage is a wonderful way to help relieve some stress in a short amount of time.
• Each chair massage is 15 minutes hands-on time.
• Please contact for pricing.
Charities and Non-Profits
I am able to allot some time a month to volunteering my time to charities and non-profits looking to have chair massage in their office or for an event. If your organization is hosting a fundraiser or auction I can also donate a certificate for a 60 minute table massage.
